Each recipe starts with a title, medium size color photo, prep and cook time and servings.List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar products and fresh vs. canned.
Directions are given and some nutritional info per servings: calories, fat, NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, sodium and fiber.
Like that there are just a few recipes per section- so many from each I want to try.
Also included is a 14 day meal plan and conversion tables at the end.
