1850s Story of Charles Dickens wife, Catherine. Lots of drama surrounding the separation.
Married 21 years and they have 9 kids. The oldest is over the age and the others are given to Charles to raise-Catherine is cast off because everybody believes the story Charles has told.
Catherine's sister, Georgie has lived with them since she was 16 and Charles has taken a fancy to her....
Story goes back in time to when she was just meeting Charles. Love how the older child is able to visit with his mother and his other siblings so he can share information to them all from the other.
Can't imagine this happening in today's society, the pain she suffers and abuse.
